USER AGREEMENT AND SECURITY NOTICE

1. "Usage" of this service is defined by clicking any button (except for the "Notice" button), as well interacting with the servers' URI and/or URL.
2. For all purposes, the term "gender" refers to the biological definition, i.e. male or female.
3. Each file attached will be processed through a deep learning neural network.
4. When the file has been evaluated, and the result has been served, the file may or may not be attempted to be deleted.
5. It may also be used for future training of the aforementioned network, as well as any new learning algorithm, whether it be a different neural network or any other algorithm.
6. The version of the neural network currently being in use, as well as any possible versions, does not serve a guaranteed 100% result.
7. The probabilistic nature of neural networks must be taken into account in its full capacity.
8. Users of this service are not to be offended by the results served;
   nor any third party should take offence.
9. The processing of the file includes, but is not limited to:
   • Evaluation through a computerized neural network,
   • Temporary save of the file for the time of evaluation.
10. The developers, creators, hosting services and/or server owners are in no way responsible for the contents of the files that are uploaded through this service.
11. The purposes of this service are purely recreational, if not comedic.
    It is not meant to be perceived as a form of discrimination, or any of the similar concepts.
